Responsibility:
1. Management of administration and support of the IT applications and services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT security policies.
2. Manage and monitor the incident and problem management of IT applications and services.
3. Develop guideline, process and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and systems monitoring.
4. Manage contracts and budget of the assigned IT applications and services.
5. Provide application support in all stages of development, testing and production.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years (or 5 years for Senior Deployed Staff) of relevant experience in perfoming the Role.
2. Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science
3. Good communication skills
