We seek suitable candidates for the position of Strategy Manager. You will be responsible for co-developing, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, you will analyse trends, opportunities and develop plans to achieve long-term objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy of our agency, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.
As a Strategy Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the THKMC’s future and ensuring its long-term success. You should possess a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical skills, along with a keen understanding of the social sector environment in which the agency operates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the organisation’s strategic plan and initiatives to drive growth and competitive advantage
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify opportunities and threats
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with senior management to set clear, measurable and achievable strategic goals and KPIs
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently to support the implementation of strategic initiatives
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to work cohesively towards achieving strategic objectives
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary
