Primary responsibilities will be to support the BA Academy team in Singapore in facilitating operations for face to face and virtual trainings, SCMC scheme interviews, documentations & record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the entire end-to-end training administration and cycle as follows:
- Work with the various teams on the training schedules per week or per month
- Work with operations manager for academic process flow
- Pre-course updates for learners and after-course feedback and engagements
- Set-up & pre-arrange all necessaries for virtual and physical classroom trainings
- Course registrations via Administrate and document management
- Engaging participants in registration acknowledgement
- Issue e-certificates for both public & in-house trainings
- Attend to internal and external enquiries on requests relating to post training records
- To provide overview and drill-down of data analysis relating to operational and financial
- To monitor progress of actionable items during operation meetings from minutes
- Follow through projects until accomplishment using agile methodology
- Any other ad-hoc operational requirements requested by the operations team
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant fields
