Responsibilities
- Handle client emails and phone inquiries promptly in Japanese.
- Coordinate business trip logistics, including airline ticket and hotel arrangements.
- Manage invoicing processes and prepare necessary documents.
- Organize and sort various documents efficiently.
- Maintaining and managing office equipment, overseeing administrative tasks, and handling office supplies, stationery, and miscellaneous items.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of administrative experience
- Candidate must be proficient in business Japanese (JLPT N2 to liaise with Japanese speaking clients.)
