Job Description
- Overall incharge of whole company IT related duties.
- Develop and implement IT policies aligned with company goals.
- Supervise daily IT operations, ensuring system functionality (Server, Network, Storage, Backup).
- Provide technical support for Servers, Network, Storage, and Backup.
- Manage and ensure effectiveness of IT security and improvements.
- Perform network and server account administrations and management.
- Perform network health check and fine-tuning to ensure performance and security.
- Perform network management, monitoring, design, upgrade, and maintenance for Corporate, LAN, WAN, WIFI and equipment.
- Liaise with third party vendors for support and escalation.
- And other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Information Technology and above
- Minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in conducting network troubleshooting, and administering servers and storage systems.
- Must bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write. Due to our head office is in Taiwan, the internal softwares are in Mandarin
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
