Responsibilities:
- Work with internal departments and vendors to launch marketing campaigns/ events
- Provide administration support and events coordination
- Maintain proper records and reports of marketing activities/ expenditure
- Maintenance of social media and website
- Constantly managing online portal
- Manage and maintain product listings and pricing
- Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders
- Handle live chats in a timely and professional manner
- Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales & marketing
Requirement:
- Savvy with eCommerce/ online marketplaces platforms
- Preferred with experience
- Independent and self-driven with problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator will be advantageous
- Possess good organizational and communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude, willingly to learn and take on new challenges
