The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Events Manager who can take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of events. Your Role:
As an integral part of our team, your role goes beyond traditional event management. You will be the driving force behind each project, utilizing your creativity and strategic thinking to bring events to life. Your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop, plan and implement strategic plans for events, aligning them with client objectives and company goals. Transform ideas from concept into seamless event plans, breaking down tasks and timelines to create extraordinary experiences. You will also oversee logistical details, timelines, and on-site coordination to guarantee the success of each event.
- Jack of All Trades: Be a versatile professional, adept at handling all aspects of a project. Be it technical setup, sets production, conference programming, event registration, and even catering services, you have excellent industry knowledge and ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to the dynamic needs of different projects.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, provide strategic input, and ensure their expectations are exceeded. Own your projects and continue to build and nurture client relationships.
- Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, keeping events on the cutting edge and exceeding industry standards.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth event execution.
- Project Independence: Take the reins on projects, demonstrating the ability to lead and execute independently. Manage end-to-end processes, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Team Choreographer: Lead, inspire, and coordinate your projects, ensuring everyone working with you are in sync and delivering their best work. This is where your humble leadership comes into play.
- Budget Maestro: Manage project budgets like a pro, ensuring profitability is maximized and the company thrives. Your strong network of suppliers and creative problem solving skills will help in effective budgeting and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an Events Manager with a track record of successfully executed events.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling projects independently.
- Excellent client servicing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Exceptional ability in preparing presentations and proposals to meet client expectations.
- Are a versatile professional, adept at handling all aspects of a project.
- You have excellent industry knowledge and ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to the dynamic needs of different projects.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A flair for managing budgets and maximizing project profitability.
