Our client is from Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in They are located at West– easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- In charge of both routine preventive maintenance and on-demand repairs for plant equipment.
- Tasked with the upkeep and repair of production line machinery and plant equipment to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Responsible for ensuring the plant equipment operates at its best performance and condition.
- Collaborate closely with Production Operations to achieve optimal repair and maintenance outcomes.
- Offer timely and effective engineering solutions for troubleshooting plant and equipment issues and conducting root cause analyses for failures.
- Maintain accurate and prompt documentation of maintenance information, such as fault reports.
- Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians.
- Supervise repair and maintenance tasks.
- Strategically plan and schedule maintenance activities to make the most efficient use of resources, ensuring safe, smooth, and timely execution.
- Procure and manage technical parts, including critical spare parts inventory, and coordinate the acquisition of spare parts locally and internationally.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors, including participation in improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering field
- Min 3 ~ 5 years' relevant experience in maintenance/technical
- Experience working in mid-heavy manufacturing environment will be preferred
