• Supports the Director of Sales & Marketing in maintaining business excellence and achieving businessgoals.
• Utilize knowledge of local, international corporate and leisure segments to drive and support businessacquisition and conversion.
• Acquire new business and maintain existing business relationships with accounts.
• Identify and create new relationships for all our hotels from the corporate and Travel Trade segments.
• Research and analyse different programs for all hotels to identify new leads and accounts from allmarkets
• Conduct sales visits, product presentations (including virtual sessions), site inspections and attendtradeshows to drive business acquisitions.
• Have a complete understanding of the hotels monthly forecast and the come up with continuousinitiatives in order to achieve it in all key segments.
• Management of the strategies relating to the sourcing, identifying and development of new business.
• Participate at relevant trade shows and networking events as required.
• Proactively liaise with business support and revenue team for optimized pricing strategy and supportfor exceptional service delivery from operations teams of Front Office, Housekeeping and Food &Beverage to deliver exemplary guest experience.
• Maximize group room revenue and maintain accurate room blocks including group attrition.
• Maintain accurate and timely update of groups to support forecast accuracy.
• Build and establish agreed sales processes to aid communication and commercial success.
• Attend internal and external meetings & events as required.
