Job description
Clinic assistant on permanent part-time basis needed at a specialist medical clinic in Novena area.
Main responsibilities:
- Front-line patient service and appointment scheduling
- Pre-procedural coordination and patient counselling
- Submission of corporate billings
- Prepare and dispense medications to patients
- Keep track of clinic inventory
- Chaperone doctor when required
- Assist the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth operations of the clinic
- General housekeeping
About the job:
- Monday to Friday, Saturday half day
- No evening / night shift
Requirements:
- MUST be able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin
- Comfortable with using computers and technology at work
- Attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 44 per week
