Job Responsibilities
- Market Heating and Cooling Services (District and Retail) or other New Energy Business Services such as electricity, solar and electric vehicle charging to potential clients
- Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients and maintain business relations with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through services provided
- Perform full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing proposals and responding to clients' requests
- Perform user requirements gathering and understand their needs
- Work with project development colleague and contractors to prepare technical proposal and obtain project costing
- Run financial modelling and structure commercial deal for customers
- Formulate business proposals and make effective presentations to clients and consultants
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business with a Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Experience in M&E or ACMW is an advantage
- Has exposure in Financial Modelling
- Able to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness with proven track record in sales / marketing and business development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and good team player
- Work experience in a regional business development role will be a plus
