Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- To develop and implement IT operating procedures with provision of training to all employees.
- Provide timely support and technical assistance to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively at an optimum level.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field.
· 2-3 years of working experience in managing IT systems
· Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Problem-solving and analytical skills.
