Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in the supervision and coordination of all MEP services
- Attends to clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Closely monitor, manage and coordinate MEP services work and work closely with DSC’s/EDC’s/NCS’s to ensure project completion according to schedule.
- Manage MEP subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, report work progress on site to Project Manager
- Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD/RCP)
- Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
- Cost & Time Oriented
Job Requirements:-
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
- Knowledge of MEP services
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to work under pressure
- Team player with good working attitude
- Detail oriented and with excellent organization skills
