We are a leading Singapore ESCO comprising of a team of process management consultants serving the process industries which include refineries, petrochemicals and power plants.
We recognize that climate change has emerged as one of the world’s biggest environmental challenges. The Company’s Mission is to help customers to build a holistic energy framework to deliver energy efficiency as a business priority, while meeting the strategic objectives of economic competitiveness, environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
We assist our customers to identify and implement process and energy efficiency improvement measures. Improving energy efficiency is regarded as the pillar to achieving sustainable growth. Better energy efficiency will reduce business costs which contribute to economic competitiveness (in the medium-term), will reduce pollution and CO2 emissions linked to climate change.
We have extensive technological and operational experience in the process and power industries. This puts us in a unique position to work with our customers on plant redesign aspects as well as operational and maintenance excellence which also includes making use of Industry 4.0 digital applications.

What is in it for you ?
As part of the team, you will identify, evaluate, negotiate and implement energy improvement solutions at major power and process plants in the region. In doing so, you will be able to contribute directly to the reduction of carbon emission to enhance environmental sustainability.
Potential for improvement usually exists in plants which significantly deviate from design point or in plants which do not have efficiency driven condition monitoring maintenance programs. Going back to basic engineering principles, reviewing plants against design and by implementing the appropriate performance monitoring and online dashboard systems, we identify improvement opportunities and help customers to prioritize operational and predictive maintenance measures in a continuous manner.
Analysis could result in further technological investigations, plant changes or investment proposals, thus providing the incumbent with the opportunities of tackling real life technical problems from start to end. Furthermore, the job provides on the job training towards the accreditation of professional engineer status – in Singapore this would be the NEA-IES Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessor.
We are looking for dynamic, innovative individuals who can work in a team to deliver energy efficiency improvement solutions and to achieve the bigger objective of environmental sustainability. There will be opportunity to travel regionally to Malaysia, China, Indonesia, India and Middle East. Come and be part of our growing team.
