Project Manager

Uarrow Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Cards Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Issuing Functionality projects in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the M&A transactions related to our card business, as well as implementing new card issuing functionalities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and project teams.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and objectives.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related IT field (MBA is a plus).

Proven experience in project management, particularly in M&A transactions and card issuing functionality.

Strong knowledge of the financial industry, card products, and regulations.

PMP or Prince2 certification is desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
