Hans Jensen Lubricators is looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our Regional Head-Quarters in Singapore.


YOUR MAIN GOAL AND TASKS

Your main goal is to sell our products – which includes the entire sales cycle from sourcing new clients to getting the client to ink the final deal. This will include meeting up with our customers in Singapore and in Asia, where you will interact, present our products and identify how we can create value. Between customer meetings, you will follow up on ongoing sales cases by telephone, emails etc. Expect app. 70 travelling days per year, which you plan according to your schedule. Our typical customer contact point is Technical Director, Fleet Director, Fleet Manager or Technical Superintendent.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with strong sales skills. You know how to navigate in complex business environments, identifying decision makers and customer barriers (and knows how to break through them). You thrive in an environment with minimum oversight where focus is on the results achieved.

You don’t have to be an expert in cylinder lubrication systems or have a technical background to become a success (although it would be an advantage). You background can be commercial too. The most crucial aspect is that you know how to sell. We'll take care of your training and make you feel well prepared to take on your responsibility.

Requirements:

- Strong written and spoken command of English

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

- Able to build professional long-term relationships with customers

- It is an advantage if you have experience within the Maritime industry and/or a technical background

- At least 5 years of successful working experience in a sales position

- Ability to work independently while adhering to your KPI’s.
