Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Workshop Manager in managing the Taxi Maintenance operations and ensure all KPIs are met.
- Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower and operating are kept within the operation budget.
- Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
- Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
- Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years experience in operations environment preferably from Automotive Industry
- Able to build effective relationship with cross-divisional teams
- Proven tactfulness in communicating with others and constructively resolve challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
