Administrative and Operations Executive

Song Auto is a leading car repairs and maintenance company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and Operations Executive to join our growing team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting documents and reports.
  • Coordinate between various departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
  • Process invoices, bills, and expenses.
  • Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in administrative and operations roles is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
