Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth pre-project structural analysis and evaluation, comparing design options to determine the most suitable approach. Assess structural feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Take charge of structural construction drawing design for company projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and milestones. Analyse and address structural challenges and complications that may arise, developing innovative solutions as necessary.
• Collaborate with suppliers specializing in structural components, facilitating their selection, and maintaining a close working relationship to ensure the quality and precision of structural elements. Oversee detailed design drawing reviews and execution of construction inspections and final acceptance procedures for structural subcomponents.
• Play a key role in standardizing structural design processes and procedures. Contribute to the formulation of standardized content and classification rules. Implement and enforce these standards across projects, continuously refining historical structural design models to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
• Implement stringent quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in structural design. Employ a comprehensive three-tier control process that encompasses design, validation, and review.
