- Handle food and beverage orders and serving guests.
- Provide great service to all guests.
- Anticipate guests' needs and have a keen eye to details.
- Assist preparation and setting up restaurant for food service, maintain tables, clear and reset tables.
- Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and "ready" prior to service.
- Answering guest enquiries.
- To perform other related duties as required by the outlet manager.
Requirements
- GCE O / N level or NITEC Certification of any discipline and/or WSQ certification
- Good interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous Food & Beverage experience of bartending in a similar environment will be an added advantage but not necessary
- Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition.
