Procurement Executive
- Location: Tuas (near to Gul Circle MRT)
- Salary: $2,500 - $4,500
- Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (alt Saturday after probation)
Job Description:
- Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provisional ship supply items
- Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
- Evaluate vendors & compare quality
- Consolidates marketing, sales and logistical information
- Negotiates contract terms & conditions
- Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
- Ensures timely delivery of goods
- Assist in audits on procurement related matters
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O level
- Working experience in ship supply industry is preferred.
- Technical ship product knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of MTS (Marine Transportation System) is an advantage.
