SITE SUPERVISORS

Requirements:

1. (NCCS) National Certificate in Construction Supervision & min 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or

2. Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent & min 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry: or

3. Degree in Construction Management or equivalent & min 2 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry: or

4. Relevant working experience of min 15 years working in past HDB projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To plan, manage & monitor the projects within time frame and budget.

2. Site meeting with clients, sub-contractors and consultants.

3. To correspondence all reports with clients, other authorities and subcontractors.

4. Supervise Sub-Contractors’ works and other responsibility which may arise from time to time.

5. Day to day running, planning & monitoring of the work.

6. Close Supervision of our subcontractors.

7. To respond complaints by the clients.

8. To control and supervise housekeeping and safety issues.

9. To do M&E co-ordination and planning if required.

10. To identify V.O. and E.O.T. & etc.

11. To fetch workers to & from workers’ quarter to job site & collect goods from suppliers, if any.

12. Any other works related issue to smooth running of the project.SITE SUPERVISORS
