Working Hours: 10am to 6pm & 1pm to 9pm

Job Description
- Attending to phone and walk-in customer inquiries at the Information Counter
- Assisting in the shopping mall promotional activities such as gift redemption, gift vouchers, events, membership, etc.
- Handling all other related administrative work as required
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- Related experience preferably in the customer service industry
- Computer literate
- Willing to commit shift hours including weekends and public holidays
