- Based in a commodity trading firm
- Handle all shipping/ shipment related contract and documentation work
Description
- Work closely with commodity traders to be responsible for the physical trade
- Prepare sales/ purchase contracts
- Prepare and liaise with banks for financing applications and monitor shipment status
- Prepare sales invoices and other documents including checking shipping documents
- Arrange for accounts to make payment, draw down on import loans and handle export documentation
- Prepare insurance coverage, including monthly declarations to the insurers
- Upkeep trade records
- Assist in calculation of claims
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree qualifications in Logistics/ Shipping/ or any other related discipline
- Relevant experience in shipping documentation
- Able to work well in a dynamic setup
