Job Description
- Designs creative content (including photo taking of products) for ecommerce platforms that will attractive consumers attention
- Utilises the various social commerce platforms to brand and market the company’s products
- Develop dashboards using digital tools; e.g. Power BI & Power App
- Perform data analytics & provide feedback to Managers & GM
- Review OR work processes & drive digitalisation processes
- Implement appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales and/or customer management knowledge
- Understand customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
- Ensure all customer queries are addressed & replied in a timely manner
- Ensure all customer queries are properly documented
- To analyse customer queries to improve retail services
- Work with our suppliers/vendors to resolve product defects & customer feedback
Job Requirements
- Microsoft Office Applications, SAP
- Agile to manage onerous duties assigned
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline (preferred relevant studies in marketing communications, consumer insights, e-commerce, digital and social media marketing)
- Prior experience in marketing and designs preferred, however fresh grads are welcome to apply.
