Job Descriptions
- To plan and coordinate daily operations for service and repair jobs.
- To prepare service and inspection reports and prepare documents for shipyard entry clearance.
- To coordinate and plan manpower allocation for jobs.
- To provide back up support for Service Technicians.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager and Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ITE graduate or Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility.
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to be bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Mature, independent and willing to work under limited supervision.
- Must be positive and have initiative to solve problems.
- Able to start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage
- Have operation knowledge and experience is essential for this position.
- Have experience in working in Shipyards and onboard vessels.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is needed.
