We are hiring for Service Desk Specialist position for 12 Months & renewable contract role looking for someone strong at IT support & good to work on deskbound job
Job Description:
- The 1st Level Support is required to provide 1st point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service to address their inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
- Experience in End user support and software side (Outlook VPN, Windows, applications)
- Experience in outlook and vpn
- It’s a deskbound job , Support should be provided through phone and mail
- Education :- IT field NITEC or Diploma from Lithan or any other IT education
- Strong customer service skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- This role has 12 hours shift so some who is confortable to work on 12 hours shift will be required.
