Responsibilities:
- Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources
- Liaise with Customers & forwarders for shipment readiness and delivery schedules
- To prepare and handling of documents
- Assist & update customers with their shipment schedules
- Do not incur any unnecessary cost imposed by PSA / Depot / Carrier etc.
- Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- With experiences. Min 1year similar experience as Logistics Officer/Customer Service Officer.
- A team player, good communication skill, honest & with the RIGHT work attitude
- Good Communication skills
- Possess a positive drive & eager to learn and adapt.
