- Min Degree holder in marketing or equivalent

Job Description
- Develop in-depth understanding of our members through data-sets and transform data insights into action plans to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to implement data-led marketing campaigns and initiatives to spur spend and engagement amongst our members.
- Orchestrate loyalty events to increase footfall, sales and provide unique customer experiences, including leading and organising customer events, from conceptualisation, communications, event planning and execution to post-event analysis
- Devise strategies and plans to convert inactive members to active members.
- Focus on customer segmentations, customer journeys and customer lifecycle management.
- Curate relevant audience contents with strong branding and digital engagement through multi-channels (email, notifications, in-app, social media etc)
- Immerse in marketing experimentations to drive conversion and loyalty. Experiments include driving conversion from inactive to active, offline to online, pre-trip to post-trip across multitouchpoints etc.
- Create customer-centric innovations to anchor loyalty program as best-in-class travel and retail loyalty program.
