Our client is from Food Industry. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales, account growth, and strategic planning in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and specified regions.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through corporate presentations with both new and existing clients.
- Offer initial technical support to distributors and customers, addressing technical inquiries and providing application knowledge.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and stay updated on market conditions and product development.
- Ensure timely delivery of all orders and prepare various reports, including sales budget and monthly estimations.
- Collaborate with the accounts department on payment collections and related transactions.
- Provide post-sales support by following up on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years working experience in relevant industry.
