· Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
· Prepare excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
· Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
· Identify customer's needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
· Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
· Establish targets, KPIs, schedules policies and procedures.
· Comply with all health and safety regulations.
· Report on the management team regarding sales results and productivity.
· He/she is to implement all standardized procedures, rules, and regulations systematically to align with company standards and policies.
· Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
· He/She has to perform shift duty like 04 am to 09 am and 3 pm to 9pm
· Working station Jalan Papan dormitory and Tuas South dormitory.
· Possess your own vehicles.
· Good intention to work in a foreign worker dormitory environment.
· To deal all kinds of foreign workers majorities come from Bangladesh as the food is on the Bangladeshi menu.
· Added advantage who is capable of speaking and writing the Bangladeshi language.
