- Oversees and providing administrative support to all departments not limited to administrative support and clearance for onboarding/offboarding formalities, collating and submission of monthly staff claims (transport, OT & wellness benefits).
- Manage leave planning and management including Saturday duty roster for Admin & Call centre team and ensuring smooth operation of front-line services
- Assist in general administrative and reporting duties, including staff attendance report, Admin & Finance meeting minutes, daily permit report and certification documents for internal/external audits.
- Manage the entire process of manual work order, invoices, office maintenance contracts and administer summon offence notice.
- Cover support on booking of facilities and permits, personal assistant duties including being the overall coordinator for feedback system when required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business Administration or related studies with 1 years of administrative support experience
- Fresh Diploma graduate can be considered for the job
- Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working hours : 5.25 work week
