Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provision Windows notebooks and accounts to user
- Onsite and remote support for IT issues
- Perform security and windows patching as required.
- Operational Support and administration of Cloud and IT infrastructure
- Participate in weekly after-office-hour support.
- Configuration, maintenance and support of Office Automation software and ticketing system (Jira)
- End user training and communication of IT initiative
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology/Science/Computer Science/Engineering or related technical area of study
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fundamental understanding of IT concepts regarding hardware and software, network, data storage, data backups, and monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues without unnecessary escalation to higher levels of support.
- Good understanding of common Windows PC & Mac hardware components and connections, network Network Protocols (TCP/IP/UDP/ICMP etc.), Mobile phone technology (i.e., Android, iOS) and O365 suite of software
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (written and oral)
- Highly analytical and able to work independently.
- A fast learner, passionate about technology, processes a positive attitude, diligent and good team player.
- Good strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, collaboration, problem solving, judgment, decision-making skills.
- A team player that collaborates well with other departments.
