Mosaic Preschool is looking for Administrative Executives to join our growing brand!
Job Scope:
- Manage key administrative functions such as enrolment management, fee collection, procurement, HR matters.
- Assist with customer management
- Liaise with principals regarding operational matters.
- Input data into ECDA's CMS system
- Assist with day-to-day operations duties
- Manage data from multiple centres
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE ‘O’ level with one year of administrative experience (preferably in the Early Childhood field)
- Enjoys dealing and interacting with people, especially young children
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preschool Teachers/Principals who wish to explore this position are also welcome!
- Willing to travel to Eunos & Siglap area
