Role: Manager
Salary: $5000-$7000 Depending on expereince
Location: CBD
Working Days: Monday to Friday , time 9 am - 5 pm.
Industry: Jewelries and Accessories(Ecommerce)
Requirements:
-Jewelries and accessories background, especially Ecommerce platform.
-Having at least 2years or more experience as a leader/manager role in similar industry.
-Good understanding of accessories and jewelries, industry knowledge, and market trend.
-Good design sense, hard working and reponsible.
Responsibilities:
-To be an ambassador of the brand and promote the culture of the brand internally and locally.
-To communicate high quality and relevant feedback and reporting to director when necessary.
-To assist the director evaluating market opportunities, company directions and execute accordingly.
-Supervise sales to ensure customer engagement
-Work and liaise closely with external digital marketing partners.
-Communicate on a daily basis technical and stock information related to the product to the Staff.
-Manages customer inquiries, feedback and after service matters
-Other general task instructed by director
