We are currently working with an inter-disciplinary architectural firm based in Singapore in search of a skilled Resident Engineer & Senior Resident Engineer with experience in civil and structuring to join the team. This is a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring that they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will serve as the main point of contact on-site and work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
- Report to C&S QP, work closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
- Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
- Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
- Manage the site supervisors with respect to civil and structural engineering works.
- Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Drafting, Architectural or any related field, preferably recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
- Registered Resident Engineer (with BCA / IES / ACES) with minimum 5 - 10 years of Resident Engineer experience in residential/commercial/MRT projects.
- Precast, Post-tensioning and Steel Structure Works experiences are preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore Building Control Act and Construction Regulations.
- Strong knowledge of structural materials, details, shop drawings and local construction practices, strong in coordination skill among architect/C&S/M&E works.
- Basic knowledge of Architectural and M&E details and construction works on site.
