Responsibility:
1. Establish overall Change Approach to engage our stakeholders to drive awareness, commitment and adoption in assigned projects.
2. Identify areas of change through Change Impact Analysis within assigned projects.
3. Create, manage and execute change communication activities to deliver impactful communication and meaningful messaging for various target audience.
4. Support training efforts through effective design and delivery of training programme.
5. Ensure that stakeholders are ready for change.
Requirements:
1. Tertiary qualification preferably in change management-related, organisation development-related or communications-related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (5-7 years of relevant work experience for Senior Deployed Staff).
3. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in change management and organisation development in public sector or large organisation.
4. Effective presentation and written and oral communication skills
5. Effective stakeholder and project management skills.
6. Able to understand processes, identify impacted areas and stakeholders and address accordingly.
7. Preferably with an understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and its characteristics and preferably have professional training or certification in change management methodologies, such as PROSCI.
