JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare mechanical & electrical engineering works schedule based on the project master schedule
- Work closely with the clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
- Qualified, competent and possess the skill, knowledge and ability to manage and supervise the Mechanical & Electrical Works effectively.
- To lead the site M&E construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work by subcontractors.
- Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works.
- Compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering taht recognized by PE Board Singapore;
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the Electrical / Mechanical Engineering construction industry experience;
- Relevant working experience in Electrical Engineering related projects in Singapore building and construction industry;
- Possess strong Electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences;
- Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
