Job Responsibilities:
Publicity
- Organize and manage press and preview/promotional screenings, including screening invites and RSVP lists.
- Assist in keeping the publicity materials up-to-date.
- Assist in tidying the latest release schedule for the media.
- Assist in drafting press releases and media advisories when required. Secure media promotions to maximize potential awareness for the films.
Events Management
- Assist in events planning, logistics preparation and coordination of all program elements which includes accommodations, transportations, securities, rundowns, etc, leading up to and during actual events.
Administrative Matters
- Assist in any other administrative matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Have high enthusiasm in marketing-related and/or events management role preferred.
- Creative, meticulous, organized, strong attention to detail and a performance-driven multi-tasker.
- Possess strong communication, positive attitude, time-management and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Display strong interest and wide knowledge of the entertainment industry.
- Is a movie buff.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in popular social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, amongst others).
- Proficient in basic Microsoft office applications, Adobe Photoshop and other content editing apps or programs.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
