Duties:
- Handle full set of documents accordingly to customer & LC requirement for LC negotiation
- Coordinate with Demand Planner and Export Sales Team for orders to be processed.
- Sales order processing from order entry to order closing in system
- Follow-up on open SO
- Liaise with warehouse team and forwarder for local export shipment.
- Liaise with factory & forwarder for direct shipment including follow-up on vessel schedule, container packing list, shipping documents, closing order in system etc
- Process documents for export orders.
- Insurance & COO from Chamber of Commerce Application, if required
- To work with Factory / Forwarder / Sales / Customer etc to resolve shipment issue
- Filing export documentations
Requirements:
- Minimum O Levels and above
- At least 2-3 years experience in shippling/logistics
