Retail Management
- Responsible for the leasing, planning and setting up of the retail units across different buildings
- Plan, formulate and implement operational SOP and marketing strategies
- Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports, and other related lease management functions
- Interact professionally with internal and external parties to gather feedback, resolve complaints, and improve service level
- Engage key stakeholders in establishing and implementing initiatives to enhance existing/ meet new retail service needs (e.g. introducing new technology to improve user experience, and work with multiple government agencies to roll out new initiatives).
Estate Management
- Manage the campus shuttle bus service
- Oversee the campus amenities which duties include procurement of new furniture and equipment, and work with internal stakeholders on the maintenance schedule.
- Assist in the set-up work of multiple new buildings within the Campus
- Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a tenancy management related function.
- Ability to plan, supervise, execute and manage operational plans
- Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills
