Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) activities at project sites.
· Prepare method statements and conduct thorough checks for drawing discrepancies, defects, and inconsistencies in construction drawings.
· Lead project planning, design, material procurement, cost control, supervision, and documentation.
· Monitor work progress, assess workmanship quality, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
· Achieve high-quality work standards and uphold safety and environmental regulations throughout project execution.
· Ensure that all project activities align with the Company's ISO system standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction, particularly in Landed Properties.
- A self-driven and highly motivated individual with exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
