- Prepare and maintain employment records and paperwork
- Maintain and update HR documents such as organizational charts, employee handbooks and performance evaluation forms
- Develop and implement personnel policies or procedures
- Assist with cross-department collaboration and coordinate ground efforts to ensure success of strategic HR Partnerships
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Min 1-2 years experience in HR
- Min Diploma in related fields
- Location: AMK
- Mon to Friday (10am - 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $4200
- Able to start work within short notice
