We have an opportunity for a Finance Executive to join our Finance Team on a full time fixed term contract for approximately 5 months from January 2nd 2024 to the end of May 2024 to cover parental leave. This role will be based onsite 5 days per week in our Singapore office. Please note that this role is only open to Singapore based candidates who are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents or LTVP Holders with PLOC.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Processing of daily client’s funding/withdrawal and queries from Client Services.
- Processing accounts payable invoices and maintain records.
- Preparing daily bank reconciliations for client’s accounts.
- Preparing daily MAS internal self -compliance reports and Daily Cash Computation.
- Assisting with month end process and ensure close within timeline.
- Assisting Monthly MAS report, Quarterly MAS form 1 &2, Quarterly I/E and GST return.
- Preparing Monthly bank operating bank reconciliation and to ensure any outstanding items are cleared in a timely manner.
- Back up team member on other tasks as and when necessary.
- Any other tasks as required by supervisor.
Key Skills & Experience:
Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
Experience
2-3 years of accounting experience preferably in financial services industry. Strong accounting knowledge is preferred.
Computer Literacy
Proficient in MS Excel and Oracle are preferred.
Language
Must possess strong communication & written skills in both English & Mandarin to handle funding queries from our retail/institutional clients.
