● Job Description
1. Implement Network Designing, Software Commissioning, Cutover for devices of Core network，such as NFV/MSC/HLR/PCRF/NGN/IMS/PS.
2. Provide technical support for Core Network devices to customer, include dealing with technical problem and fault, maintenance operation daily, and devices upgrading.
3. Providing onsite survey, planning, installation, commissioning, acceptance testing and network upgrade on DC products and solutions.
4. Managing customers’ problems and meet the SLA commitment in contracts.
5. Supporting pre-sales teams in activities like feature request, tenders and customer technical clarifications.
6. Support all the project delivery of Core Network product in Asia Pacific Region.
● Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, computer field or related fields.
2. Be familiar with technical about Core Network of GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TD and NGN/IMS/PS/NFV, 4 - 5 years working experience in core network devices.
3. Possessed high Core Network technical skill. Having working experience of large core network SWAP is preferred.
4. Experience in providing technical solution for network roll-out, customer service, and professional service, and have experience of Software Commissioning for Core Network element.
5. Be familiar with IP knowledge and data communication technical.
6. Having ability of solving system problem of core network.
7. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills, having the service consciousness.
8. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
9. Able to travel in Asia Pacific Region
