Job Duties (but are not limited to):
- Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
- Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
- Review the planning process and suggest improvements to current methods.
- Analysis operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
- Works with the top management and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
- Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future market share growth.
- Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience background in finance with demonstrated experience in leading a team interpersonal skills
- The ability to complete projects timely and accurate is critical
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Prior experience in construction companies will be highly preferred
