Admin cum HR Assistant

Job Description


  • Scanning of documents and organizing them in the Network Access Server
  • Issuing sales invoices, quotation, purchase order
  • Office maintenance and ordering of supplies
  • Perform administrative duties & other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Check employee attendance records
  • HR duties included work pass application, course arrangement.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews
  • Handle employees onboarding and off boarding process.
  • Create and update employees P-file
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word and Google Sheet.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Work experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
  • 5 day work week
  • Transport allowance provided


Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong Port.
  • Able to work in a pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner
