A chemical MNC with good work culture is hiring for an HR Executive (Generalist) to the HR Manager in day-to-day operations of human resources duties which includes:
- Manage recruitment, coordinate interview, prepare employment contract, on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee records.
- Conduct new employees orientation
- Work with payroll vendor on employee payroll, taxes, benefits, and records and work with payroll vendor with payroll system
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver requests.
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate with all departments on HR related matters
- Provide support to department heads and guidance to employees’ queries.
- Administer staff training, including the collation and compilation of the company's training needs for implementation, applying for training grants, and submitting training claims.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting remain up-to-date
- Provide support in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives including staff events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience as a HR Generalist.
- Good communication skills and ability to build good working relationships
- Meticulous, organised and methodical in process and work approach
