Benefits Summary:
Salary: Basic $ 3,000 - $ 5,000 + AWS + VB
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Location: Island Wide (Travel Job Sites)
Job Responsibilities:
- Offer engineering support to the Project team from the validation phase through project implementation.
- Identify the necessary materials and equipment during the validation phase.
- Participate in the preparation and submission of engineering submittals.
- Program devices and develop graphics in alignment with project requirements.
- Aid in the testing and commissioning of system equipment.
- Assist in creating and submitting operation and maintenance manuals.
- Generate a Bill of Quantity for the projects.
- Ensure that all tasks are executed in compliance with specified quality and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in an Engineering or Building Control field.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in PLC programming is a valuable asset.
- Experience in managing energy, HVAC, chiller plant, or Building Management Systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of IT networking and database programming, as well as expertise in Function Block programming, Structured Language Programming, or HTML5 programming, is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial system protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and LONTalk.
- Strong customer management and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working effectively in a team and self-motivated.
