Job Description:
<Core Technical>
· Manage new interfaces setup and development via Change Request to be in time, within cost and meet user’s stated requirements, and provide smooth transition to Interface Operations Team.
· Take charge of Change Request (CR) and Service Request (SR).
· Manage System Investigation Request (SIR)/ Problem Report (PR). Track SIRs and system defects reported by users. Ensure prompt resolution is provided by the E-HR Maintenance Vendor to the defects reported, and prompt clarifications are provided for SIRs.
· Monitor and track the closure of follow-ups for batch job failures.
· Liaise with Authority teams to clear data declaration specification files.
· Prepare reports for reporting to Management.
· Provide analysis and consultation services to address operational issues and audit related activities.
· Provide support to E-HR reporting and data patching team on queries from functional perspective.
· Propose, document and work with Project Manager/ Operations Manager to implement improvements to the current work processes.
<Vendor Management>
· Assist the Project Manager/Operations Manager to manage and ensure timely deliverables by the Contractors; ensure deliverables conformed to the standards and control defined for the programme; identify and manage risk and mitigation strategies; identify, analyse and ensure resolution of issues; manage change control.
<Project Management>
· Seek Operations Manager’s approval of system changes including funding and implementation and completion of milestone.
· Coordinate and perform secretariat role for meetings with different stakeholders and internal team meetings.
· Perform project planning with E-HR Maintenance Vendor, Interfacing team, Infra Team, external systems, etc.
· Review, propose and update changes to the documentation where necessary.
Education Qualification:
· Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent. Experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.
Required Working Experience:
· At least 4 years of working experience in information technology of which at least 2 years of working experience in SAP ERP.
Required Competencies:
· Good knowledge of information technology, especially in SAP HCM ERP, is preferred.
· Good understanding of the data design in SAP HCM is preferred.
· Strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue.
· Good knowledge or strong interest in inter-system integrations, API calls (SOAP), SFTP, Windows DOS BATCH scripting.
· Good planning and coordination skills with multiple parties.
· Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
· Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
· Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
· Proficiency in MS Office productivities suites.
· Proficiency in ARIS tool is advantageous.
